Arizona's minimum wage will increase effective January 1, 2026.

In 2026, Arizona’s minimum wage will increase from $14.70 to $15.15 per hour, effective January 1, 2026.  Additionally, the minimum wage for tipped employees will rise from $11.70 to $12.15 per hour.
